The fine print

Referral qualifying criteria

What counts as a "paid store"?
Your referral needs to post between 1 and 3 paid listings within the same calendar month — the exact number depends on their store type (see the reward table in Promotion B below). No spillover into the next month.
Do I need to already be an active, paying agent to refer someone?
Yes — you need to have started spending within the same month you're referring in. If you're a new user yourself that month, you'll need to wait until the following month before you can start referring. Revenue is counted by the approved date, not the date it was submitted.
Can I refer someone who's already registered with Mudah?
No — a phone number that's already in the system isn't eligible. Referrals need to be genuinely new.
Is there a monthly limit?
Referrals are counted within the same calendar month only — there's no carry-forward of unused slots to the next month.
Does my referral need to open a specific store type?
No specific store type is required — any store type qualifies, as long as they hit the paid listing count for their tier.
How do I make sure my referral actually gets credited to me?
Submit the Google Form for every single referral so I can verify it and credit your freebies — skip this step and I won't be able to trace it back to you.
